Visiting the Library
The Weare Public Library is located at 10 Paige Memorial Lane in Weare, N.H. Our building is directly behind the Weare Historical Society in Weare center. Parking is available behind the Philbrick-Clement Post of the American Legion. From the north or south, take John Stark Highway and turn between the Historical Society and the Legion. You will see our main entrance.
Borrowing: Library cards are available to residents and taxpayers free of charge. Books circulate for a week; DVDs for 1 week. Items may be renewed in person, by phone, or by logging into your account on our catalog. Renewals may be restricted for popular items or by number of times renewed.
Book Drop: We have an outdoor book drop for print materials in case you get here when we’re closed. Please be courteous and refrain from putting donations in the drop, as we need the space for our own books and magazines. Come inside to discuss donations, which we collect in the summer for the Friends of the Library, or to return audios and videos.
The Weare Public Library seeks to promote reading and literacy in the community, provide access to information, and acquire and make available educational and recreational resources for the benefit of all patrons.
Weare Public Library Service Goals 2014-2016
